UK TMC Traveleads chooses Procon for mid- and back-office tech platform

UK family-run travel management company Traveleads has opted to integrate Procon Solution as its new mid- and back-office partner.

TMC, which is based in Leeds, London, Edinburgh and Aberdeen, manages travel for firms in sports, media and production, offshore and marine, and schools.

Traveleads said Procon was chosen after it need an improved integrated solution to make travel management processes easy and fast.

Procon’s ProTAS system will help Traveleads to automate and streamline workflows, efficiencies, and support its growth strategy.

The technology incorporates a full accounting system with integrated accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger allowing it to centralise data from multiple suppliers.

Jesper Just, managing director of Procon, said: “We are very excited to be partnering with Traveleads assisting them with their continued development and growth of their business.

“Including Traveleads in our growing customer base in the UK will assist us in the continued development of the fully managed ProTAS solution, ensuring that we match and exceed the needs and requirements of the market.”

Anna Morris, head of technology and business integration at Traveleads, added: ”We’re always looking for solutions to make our business more efficient and by streamlining and simplifying internal systems with ProTas, we can ensure our staff are left with the time to concentrate on what’s important, our customers.

“The team at Procon has been incredibly hands on during the integration and we’re looking forward to utilising the system as our business model continues to evolve.”
