Travel technology consultancy ICE Technology Services has launched a group of companies to help clients with their digital transformation.

The newly formed TheICEway consultancy group specialises in the travel and cruise industries and also has some experience in other sectors like retail and healthcare.

ICE Technology Services was founded, Ian Richardson and Conor Byrne who have created the new group to provide comprehensive strategies for firms wishing to maximise the opportunity of digital technology

TheICEway includes consultancy services and managed services through ICE Technology Services, testing through eTestware, compliance and cyber security through Cribb, and implementation of future technology with AIVR labs.

TheICEway also works with a number of software development partners, enabling it to provide an full solution tailored to the client’s vision for digital.

Richardson, chief executive of TheICEway, said: “Digital transformation is happening at such an astounding rate.

“Companies no longer have time to source lots of different solutions and services from a myriad of providers. Our customers are increasingly looking for end-to-end support for all technology needs.”

Richardson added that because it is consultancy led, TheICEway is able to work with customers to determine precisely what solution or range of solutions will enable them to meet their business goals.
