Travel software firm Codegen is preparing to showcase how artificial intelligence can be deployed by travel firms to boost conversion at this year’s Travel Technology Europe.

The developer will exhibit its FLAIR suite of products that include applications for driving personalised travel search results thanks to machine learning and natural language processing.

Codegen’s FLAIR products can be purchased either as standalone tools or can be plugged into TravelBox, the firm’s enterprise technology platform.

Mark Melzack, senior sales and marketing manager, said: “CodeGen continues to invest heavily in innovative research and development to push the boundaries of what booking technology can do.

“Consumers are increasingly demanding products that fit their particular interests, so businesses need to be able to identify, sort and present the right options first time.

“In practical terms, it improves conversion rates, ensures businesses are maximising revenue – often by upselling – and improves efficiencies. We are certain visitors to TTE will be impressed with what CodeGen can provide.”

The technology on display at TTE from CodeGen will include:

TravelBox Surf – a multi-device web application which, via its advanced algorithms and robust architecture, delivers superfast personalised holiday propositions, post booking management facilities and increased on-line conversions.

Review Spotter – a new intelligent review platform which understands the natural language and semantics of travel reviews shared by customers and reduces booking abandonment on your website

Adaptive Personalisation Engine – this engine, will expedite the booking process for the customer while enhancing conversions and retention

Artificial Intelligence and bot ready architecture – find out more about how CodeGen’s AI is powering businesses globally, in the new dawn of intelligent technological landscapes

CodeGen will be exhibiting at Travel Technology Europe February 21-22 2018 at the Olympia exhibition centre in west London on stand TT14.
