Emma Stebbings has joined Traveltek from Silversea Cruises as key account manager in its customer services delivery team.
The 25-strong team, led by recently appointed general manager Scott Hanney, has been established to ensure the travel technology specialist’s new and existing customers are well supported during the company’s current growth phase.
Stebbings’ appointment is part of an ongoing recruitment drive designed to ensure Traveltek realises its global expansion plans, broadening its client base in the UK and expanding its presence in the US, Middle East and Asia.
She started her career at Bon Voyage Travel, selling holidays to consumers in America and Canada, and has since worked as a flight attendant with Air New Zealand before joining Silversea.
Hanney said: “With a proven track record as a customer services specialist in roles that have given her true insight to what consumers and clients require, Emma will ensure we deliver on our promises and go the extra mile to keep our customers happy.
“She has the right attitude and experience to serve our growing portfolio of global clients and I believe she’ll be a real asset to the team.”
