P&P Associates’ Vibe Software says it is poised for international growth after winning major clients in the Middle East, eastern Europe and Russia.

Martin Eade, group e-commerce director, said the technology is now available in multiple languages and can handle multiple currencies.

“The international side of our business is small, but growing. In less mature travel markets overseas we need to work with bigger guys with knowledge of online,” Eade said.

“They really like the fact that we are based in the UK because that means we have experience of working in a mature market.”

One of Vibe’s new customer is Arabian Adventures in Dubai, the experience provider and part of the Emirates Group.

Eade said this has opened up a potentially new area if business for Vibe with Destination Management Companies (DMCs).

Vibe’s system powers many of the major newspaper groups’ travel sites in the UK like The Telegraph and is it is hopeful of securing its first overseas media customer.

Eade said UK growth remains strong particularly among OTAs working on price comparison sites like Skyscanner and Momondo.

One of its newest customer is Getaflight, part of the PH Travel group, whose managing director is former Holidaygenie boss Faisal Butt.

Another new customer is Mancehster-based Royal Travel which has a small number of retail stores and is also active online.

Eade said Royal Travel is using Vibe software for both desktop and online fulfilment as does Cassidy Travel, one of its biggest agency customers and Ireland’s largest independent agents, which it has worked with to develop a Facebook Messenger bot.

Vibe has recently built a new quote system enabling clients to generate quotes based on the most up to date live inventory and pricing which it has rolled out to all of its customers.
