AI-driven travel review platform for tours and activities TourReview has announced the appointment of Juana Muro as its new chief operating officer..

Muro, who holds an electronics engineer degree with a specialisation in communications, from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, spent over a decade as a project engineer, before she went on be a consultant for the last ten years.

She will be responsible to lead strategic initiatives, leveraging her expertise to achieve operational excellence and drive sustainable growth. As part of this she will oversee day-to-day operations of its strategic goals.

With a focus on harnessing cutting-edge technologies and data-driven insights, she wants TourReview to become a premier platform for comprehensive reviews for tour operators.
