GDS provider boosts team in Lodging, Ground & Sea vertical

Sabre is looking to boost its hotel growth expansion strategy with a series of new leadership appointments.

The travel technology provider hopes to become the premier B2B lodging platform in the global distribution system (GDS) marketplace.

It has hired Nathan Brooks as vice president of global supply for its Lodging, Ground & Sea (LGS) vertical. Steve Peterman joins Brooks as the head of supply for the Americas.

Bradford Jones has also joined LGS as head of global agency demand. His team will work with Sabre’s agency commercial team and agency accounts to drive higher adoption and attach rates for LGS products and services.

Craig Barnby has been appointed vice president of product for LGS to ‘advance Sabre’s product roadmap’ and ‘ensure readiness in a dynamic marketplace’.

Chinmai Sharma, global head, LGS, at Sabre Travel Solutions, said: “Investment in our hotel B2B distribution to improve our hotel offering and increase our attach rates for our agency partners is one of our key growth initiatives.
