Vista Global creates flight solution digital marketplace with JetSmarter buyout
Business flight solutions provider Vista Global has entered an agreement to acquire JetSmarter to create a global on-demand digital marketplace.
JetSmarter’s marketplace technology will fulfil Vista Global’s digitisation strategy, providing customers with an end-to-end service and improved booking experience.
Vista Global said the deal will enhance its position by offering a suite of services and advanced technologies to each private aviation customer.
Following JetSmarter’s digital partnership with jet charter company XOJET, it will bring its digital capabilities to the Vista Global group, integrating its industry-disrupting platform into the back-end technology of Vista Global’s brands VistaJet, Vista Lease and XOJET.
The integration will significantly improve the booking experience of the 150,000 passengers traveling with Vista Global companies each year.
