Deal provides access to OTA giant’s global inventory
Spotnana integrates with Booking.com
Travel infrastructure provider Spotnana has agreed a direct integration with Booking.com to give its partners and customers access to the OTA giant’s global itinerary.
Spotnana’s customers will have access to rates previously only available to corporate travellers through the Booking.com website.
Spotnana's integration to Booking.com's API supports the entire traveller journey, from booking through to servicing.
Travellers can access a ‘consumer-grade user experience’ with self-service trip modifications and cancellations, while travel agents can address global servicing requests through Spotnana's agent desktop.
Spotnana's travel management company (TMC) partners can choose to activate this new integration using the configurable content controls available within Spotnana Cloud for TMCs.
Additions for travel buyers and sellers include access to flexible pre-paid and pay-at-property options, loyalty member rates, closed user group pricing with geo-specific rates, last-minute deals, deals of the day, and seasonal promotions, as well as support for long‑stay bookings, a ‘work‑friendly’ tag for non‑hotel accommodation and multi‑language responses.
