Sabre backs EMEA growth strategy with appointment of Jean-Vincent Teuler

Sabre has appointed Jean-Vincent Teuler as vice president of airline sales for EMEA in a push for the GDS to expand in the region.
Teuler has over 20 years of aviation industry experience, having spent the past eleven overseeing Sabre’s European strategic customer engagements.
He will be responsible for growing the company’s customer base and revenue while maintaining relationships with existing airline customers in his new position.
Pior to Sabre, Teuler worked in airline industry roles including commercial and account management, product management, e-Commerce and technology, and services account management.
Darren Rickey, senior vice president of airline sales at Sabre, said: “EMEA is a growth area for Sabre, and we have developed a strategy to expand and grow our business with special attention to the airline industry.
“Teuler brings a wealth of IT and airline experience and will lead our efforts in this region, helping airlines identify and deploy the best technology to help in their recovery and expansion.
“I am confident that Teuler’s deep airline industry knowledge will be an asset in accelerating our company’s growth plans.”
