Danish luxury OTA Caribia Travels has introduced Dolphin Dynamic’s booking management module to produce quotations and manage reservations.
Dolphin’s reservation module is also being deployed by the company to facilitate a single search, aggregating results across numerous connected sources.
The new Dolphin system will remove existing manual processes by introducing back office services including multi-currency sales to support a branch office in Norway, email integration and a vendor communications suite as well as the ability to import bookings from Amadeus.
Caribia chief executive Rasmus Kirketerp said: “It has been a challenging process to find the right software for our company, however we now feel assured that we have found the perfect fit.
“The implementation of the system has been smooth – with thorough training sessions – and we are keen on getting started.”
