Buuteeq, a digital marketing platform for hotels worldwide, has been taken over by Priceline Group for an undisclosed sum.
Seattle-based Buuteeq runs cloud-based digital marketing software designed to help hoteliers manage their brand and drive bookings with responsively designed websites, user analytics, and intuitive content-management tools.
It will operate as an independent business within the Priceline Group.
Priceline president and chief executive Darren Huston said: “Buuteeq has built an innovative, cloud-based marketing platform that we see playing a key role in helping us deliver even more value to our global accommodations partners worldwide.”
Buuteeq co-founder and chief executive Forest Kay added: “We are thrilled to join one of the world’s leading internet companies.
