LUXE City Guides to launch digital service for travel industry

LUXE City Guides will launch a digital subscription service for the travel industry next month.

LUXE City Guides will launch a digital subscription service for the travel industry next month.

The platform, LUXE Concierge, gives travel specialists access to the brand’s directory of recommendations, which is updated every month by resident city editors.

Partners will be able to draw on LUXE’s content and deliver a customised, jointly branded app package directly to their clients’ mobile devices.

Every app iteration is bespoke, featuring all travel arrangements booked by the agent, such as flights, tours and accommodation, plus full access to the premium digital

LUXE City Guide for their destination. Agents and hotels can reuse their favourite itineraries for different clients.

LUXE City Guides chief executive, Simon Westcott, said the LUXE Concierge service was designed to benefit any hospitality or travel business with a luxury client base.

He said: “Of course the world’s best travel consultants and hotel concierges already do a fantastic job providing relevant recommendations for their clients, but we can make it easier to do the job even better.

“Our content delivered via state-of-the-art mobile technology straight into the hands of customers ensures above-and-beyond service and expertise.”

The service combines all travel documentation, itineraries and insider insights into a single app or PDF, delivered to clients in their preferred format.

Features include the ability to input non-LUXE recommendations or destinations, the ability to create daily, personalised itineraries and location maps and directions to the nearest points of interest while in a destination.

All subscribers receive automatic membership in LUXE’s Travel Partner Program, providing access to a range of benefits such as a 25% discount on all LUXE Print products.

LUXE Travel Partners will also be eligible for introductory pricing for the first 12 months of their subscription.
