Car hire comparison website Carrentals.co.uk has launched a new search engine app for iOS devices, letting users hire a vehicle in as little as 15 minutes.

Car hire comparison website Carrentals.co.uk has launched a new search engine app for iOS devices, letting users hire a vehicle in as little as 15 minutes.

The app provides a ‘My Location Search’ function to find the nearest and cheapest cars.

For any last minute bookings, it also offers a ‘Car Right Now Service’ allowing customers to bypass rental desks and find cars that are available to collect in just 15 minutes.

It has also been configured to find the best deals by searching a few miles around the pickup point to see if there are any cheaper suppliers within a short distance.

The app includes a choice of filters to help customers find exactly what they’re looking for including car types, fuel options and supplier fuel policies.
