Independent online travel agency Sunshine.co.uk has acquired holiday review website Realholidayreports.com for an undisclosed fee.
The company’s managing director said the purchase was an investment opportunity with “real potential”.
Chris Clarkson said the move was driven by the company’s desire to help customers decide where to go on holiday based on other holidaymakers’ experiences.
He said he wanted the review site, which has been redesigned since the acquisition, to offer holidaymakers a trusted source of honest traveller reviews.
The website will be free from advertising and run separately from Sunshine.co.uk.
