Farelogix’s FLX Merchandise solution has been selected by flydubai as its merchandising platform of choice.
In implementing its new ancillary services program, flydubai will first use FLX Merchandise to create more flexible choices and offers in both business and economy class. While the initial integration is now complete, other customer-centric products and service options will follow.
Farelogix claims the platform will enable flydubai to enhance customer relationships through increased interaction, product differentiation, and customisation; optimize distribution costs and ancillary revenue and increase flexibility for its airline products and service offerings.

FLX Merchandise supports retailing and personalisation across multiple sales channels, check-in kiosks, call centres, and travel agencies – direct or via GDS.
