Tigerbay has revealed plans to offer tour operators a fuller range of digital services, including building websites, boosting SEO and finding new affiliate channels.

Managing Director, Carl Morgan said there has been a “significant shift” in what Tigerbay’s customers, which include Mark Warner, Beachcomber Tours and CV Villas, want in the last two years.

Tigerbay is establishing a Digital Services division to be headed up by Ben Roseveare, who has led the sales and marketing delivery for multiple tour operators, including Mark Warner.

Roseveare said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to build capability and deliver sales, marketing and digital performance solutions.”
Morgan added: “In the last two years we’ve seen a significant shift in the conversations we are having with our customers. Increasingly they are looking for a more holistic e-commerce service.”

Some Tigerbay customers have already deployed its solution to design and deliver their front-end websites. Morgan said he wants his team to support specialist tour operators with their sales and marketing solutions, adding: “I want the Tigerbay team to be really involved in helping our tour operators grow their businesses. This could be building front-end websites, delivering better search marketing solutions, connecting up their SEO potential, or finding new affiliate channels.”

Roseveare added: “It might seem an over-used current phrase to talk about delivering omni-channel marketing, but it is vital for operators to integrate their campaigns, have clarity in their channel communications, and brilliant digital delivery.”
