JFA Systems has launched a new overseas bookings management system with family ski specialist Ski Famille its first user.
The Rep Assist system allows reps to get live information from JFA’s Diamond reservations system so they can manage rooming lists, transfer manifests, no-shows and make last minute changes.
It can also be used to negotiate and re-negotiate extras costs with suppliers and its pricing module works in either sterling or local currency to offer prices that may vary from pre-departure prices on things like ski school, lift passes and ski hire.

JFA’s Diamond Reservation System is a browser-based platform focused on streamlining and managing the reservation process. Diamond tracks customer reservations across all components of a package holiday booking.
