Agents are being promised better access to Neilson product offerings and deals via a more responsive new website.

Used in conjunction with the operator’s online booking site for agents, introduced earlier this year, the new website provides the trade with improved access to essential information.

As well as layout and aesthetic improvements, a more intuitive approach to product has been introduced to allow Neilson to be more competitive with customer offers.

HD videos are featured to showcase the activities at the operator’s ski resorts and beachclubs.

Dedicated content hubs for watersports, skiing and tennis will be added in the new year to provide have detailed information about each sector.

An improved search performance is being claimed with better functionality.

This will give users more opportunities to personalise their booking with a greater selection of room options available via the website.

Managing director David Taylor said: “The new website is the first major step in making Neilson much more digitally focused.

“While our brochures are here to stay, the new website enables us to provide a digital experience at every point of the customer journey for the increasing amount of Neilson customers who prefer to book exclusively online.

“The user-friendly features of the new website provide a much more intuitive experience, providing users with the functionality and choice to plan, research and book their perfect trip.”
